Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tender Belly Bacon (par cooked in oven on a sheet tray)
  • Desired number of pickle spears/ one piece of bacon per spear
  • Chili Crunch for finishing

Cooking Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.Par-cook the bacon in the oven on a sheet tray until it starts to brown but is still pliable.
  2. Dry the pickle spears with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Wrap each spear with a slice of par-cooked bacon and place on a sheet tray.
  4. Bake for ~10 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.
  5. Top with chili crunch and serve immediately.
