1. Preheat oven to 400°F or prep smoker.
2. Mix the Shredded Chicken Breast, Cream Cheese, Buffalo Sauce and Mixed Shredded Cheese until combined.
3. Cut the tops off of your Poblano Peppers and stuff with Buffalo Chicken mixture.
4. Wrap with 2 slices of Tender Belly Signature Blend Uncured Bacon, securing with toothpicks.
5. Smoke or bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes or the bacon is crispy.
6. Serve it hot with crusty bread, chips, or veggies—and prepare for the praise to roll in.
