7 Layer Dip with Tender Belly Bacon

 

Served with your favorite crispy fried tortilla chips. We switched things up and substituted pickled jalapeños for those trashy black pizza olives people like to use. And of course… we added Tender Belly bacon.  

Super easy… never HEATED! 

Ingredients

  • 1 Can refried beans (add a little salt and pepper and cumin to taste)
  • Fresh guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese blend (we used asadero, sharp cheddar and smoked Gouda)
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Chili Crunch (salsa Matcha)
  • Fire roasted medium heat salsa
  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Crumbled Tender Belly Bacon 

Assemble the Dip

  1. Layer one: one can refried beans (easy to doctor with a little salt and pepper and cumin
  2. Layer two: Fresh Guacamole
  3. Layer three: Sour Cream
  4. Layer four: Shredded Cheese Blend (we used asadero, sharp cheddar and smoked Gouda)
  5. Layer five: Pico de Gallo, Chili Crunch (salsa Matcha) and fire roasted medium heat salsa
  6. Layer six: Pickled Jalapeños
  7. Layer seven: Crumbled Tender Belly Bacon
