  1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
  2. Grease a regular-sized muffin pan, and place 4-5 frozen tater tots in each cup.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Using a shot glass, gently press down on the tots to mold them into mini potato cups.
  5. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cups are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese into each cup.
  7. Bake for an extra 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Let the potato cups cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Top with a dollop of sour cream, crispy Tender Belly bacon, and diced green onions.
