Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4–5 slices Tender Belly bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep the Brussels sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Add bacon: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Scatter the bacon pieces over the Brussels sprouts.
  4. Roast: Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the bacon is cooked through. Toss halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze: Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving. Toss gently to coat evenly.

Serve warm as a delicious side dish or appetizer!
